2024/25 Dome members - renewal for 25/26 season
Dear Member
As a Dome member last year, we're emailing to give you first refusal to join the Dome for the upcoming season.
If you are NOT planning on joining, please let me know at your earliest convenience so that I can keep track on how many places are available to other members, as we are likely to have a Waiting List.
Otherwise, please pay your renewal by 22nd OCTOBER to guarantee your place.
The attached Information Pack gives all the details for the Dome 2025/26 season, including the mix-in sessions.
Please also remind yourself of the booking rules applicable to the Dome. They are slightly different to the Outdoor season and actively monitored.
Importantly, IF YOU DO NOT ADD YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS' NAMES TO YOUR BOOKING WITHIN 24HRS, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
You can also find the Booking Rules on the mycourts app - scroll to the bottom of Your Bookings, from the MENU on the left hand side.
