We've had a great response to this year's Club Champs, and the draws are now available on MyCourts - start date 26th May.
Login to MyCourts, select Tournaments from the menu and click on your Event/s where you will find all the key dates for the rounds, and Quarter and Semi Final play-by dates.
Please help all of us by planning ahead to contact your opponents and book your courts. Each event will have a named 'organiser' to ensure the matches and play-by dates are ticking along, his/her name is listed on each event page.
If you have any issues, please contact that person in the first instance.
Ben Harling is partnering David Coyte as Umpire and they will making any final rulings if necessary.
The timetable for your diary, now, is:
Start booking 26th May
Play-by dates and Quarter Final play-by dates mostly throughout June/July
Semi Finals play-by dates mostly by end July
Saturday 6th September - Finals Day
MyCourts does not record the scores, so it would be very helpful if you would email these to your named organiser, or indicate if a walkover given. This is useful information for deciding seedings at future tournaments.

PS - For the Open Mens Singles entrants we are planning to run a Plate event for those who don't go through after the first/second round matches. The play-by date for these matches is 23 June. Plate details to follow later.
